Pre-Operation Checklist for Wood Chipper
Attn: Customers
Please be sure to check the following things before using chipper:
1.  Check all nuts and bolts for tightness, being sure to check blade and bed blade bolts and nuts. Go through and do a complete check of nuts and bolts to make sure nothing is loose.
2.  Check alignment of main pulleys with V-Belts using a straight edge and adjust as necessary by backing off set screws on bearing housing and resetting. This is underneath the yellow housing cover the pto shaft pulleys.

Lube grease fitting on pto shaft and infeed roller shaft. (see lub manual). Check oil level in green gear box. Grease u-joints with white lithium spray grease (spray grease does better than grease gun because of no fittings on u-joint). All this is underneath the yellow cover on left side of chipper if you're facing toward rear of chipper.

Keep regular maintenance on machine by checking belts and greasing points listed above and checking oil in gear box!!!
